What should I bring to class?
We always recommend H20 and a towel (ps we sell cute ones!) For bounce and circuits you need shoes (preferably clean ones.) Sculpt and barre we recommend grippy socks which we also sell in studio.
I don't think I can hold it in bouncing?
Everyone's biggest worry! Shishi first and if you gotta go during class take a quick break! Consult a doc first if you have health concerns over this.
Can I just come for the music?
For sure, who needs to work out anyways!
What are the health benefits of bouncing (rebounding?)
Not only is bouncing an amazing cardio workout, burning as many calories as you do running but without the impact, it also provides lymphatic drainage, cell renewal, improves balance and coordination, and more. Read up on it for yourself!
